This reminds me of Watabou's One Page Dungeon Generator. Neat!
If you like the map, take a look at Dyson Logo's maps, I believe he was the inspiration for Watabou's tool.

If you go over to the Juice PDF, towards the end I tried to document all the sources and credits I used, with links. Browse through them, there is lots of good info out there.
Oh wow did this guy make the Dungeonmorphs from Inkwell? I have a ton of dungeonmorph dice and they look pretty similar to what he's made here.
I'm not sure offhand. I don't know who created that style first, but I do know its very popular. Both Dyson Logos and Inkwell are top notch artists!
